Returns & Refunds

All sales are final, because each piece is handmade with love, weird energy, and possibly glitter.

That said, if your order arrives damaged, send me a message within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging, and I’ll do my best to make it right.

No returns or refunds for anything else — thank you for understanding!

Shipping Info

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and item weight — I ship via USPS.

Once it leaves my hands, it’s in the hands of the mail gremlins. I’m not responsible for delays, lost packages, or any USPS drama, but I’ll always try to help if something goes sideways.

Custom Orders

Want something made just for you? Amazing. Customs are non-refundable and may require payment upfront or a deposit (depending on the project).

Once we’ve confirmed the design and I’ve started making it, no major changes can be made — so be sure you’re in love with the plan!
